Rules
The restrictions for food are as follows:
- Do not consume added sugar, real or artificial
- Do not consume alcohol, in any form, not even for cooking
- Do not eat grains
- Do not eat most forms of legumes
- Do not eat dairy
- Do not consume carrageenan or sulfites
- Do not recreate or purchase baked goods, or treats, with Whole30 compatible ingredients
- Do not step on the scale or take any body mesurements for 30 days
